Cancellations:
Cancellation will be valid only informed in writing by e-mail (e-mail). Free within 72 hours (3 days before) the day of arrival. Cancellation after the deadline, you will be charged for one night's stay for each of the confirmed reservations. In case of cancellation or reduction of nights occur within ranges free cancellation, in all cases and without exception, the money is not returned and will remain as credit balance to be used on future bookings within 6 months of from the day of check out; after the expiry of that period is lost automatically.
No-Show: By not submitting guests at the hotel a penalty corresponding to one night's stay as a No-Show charge. The rest of the money is deposited as credit balance for future bookings for 6 months from the day of Check Out, after that period is automatically lost.
Payment: Cash (Argentine pesos). Deposit or bank transfer.
